Belio is private by design. Birthday entries, imported contact details, profile pictures, message preferences, notification settings, and app settings are stored on your device. Belio does not require an account, does not operate a server that receives your birthday directory, and does not sell your information.
This Privacy Policy applies specifically to Belio ("Belio," "the App"), a mobile application developed by Seampli LLC ("Seampli," "we," "our," or "us"). It explains what information Belio uses, how it is handled, and the choices available to you.
This Policy covers the Belio iOS application, including the main app, home screen widgets, birthday reminders, contact import, manual birthday entries, and Belio Premium message-tone features. It does not cover third-party services, external websites, or other Seampli products, each of which are governed by their own policies.

Belio may ask for permission to access your iPhone Contacts so you can import birthdays faster. If you grant permission, Belio uses contact access only to help you select and import names, birthdays, phone numbers, and optional profile pictures into the app. Phone numbers are used to help prepare Messages; Belio does not send messages automatically.
Belio does not edit, delete, or modify your original iPhone Contacts. Deleting entries inside Belio removes those entries from Belio only and does not change the Contacts app.

Belio does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs, third-party analytics SDKs, or user tracking frameworks.
Belio may offer Belio Premium as an in-app purchase processed by Apple through StoreKit. We do not receive, store, or process your payment card, Apple ID password, or billing address.
Apple handles purchase processing. Belio receives only the limited entitlement information needed to determine whether Premium features should be unlocked on your device.

Data stored locally by Belio is protected by iOS app sandboxing and device-level security features, such as your device passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID when enabled. Support communications are transmitted through standard email infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, but Belio is designed to minimize the information Seampli receives.
Belio is a general birthday reminder app and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact support@seampli.app and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be available on seampli.app. Material changes may be communicated in the app, on the website, or through App Store update notes. Continued use of Belio after a policy update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
