This Privacy Policy describes how Seampli LLC ("Seampli," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and safeguards information in connection with RepsDaily ("RepsDaily," "the App"), a mobile application developed by Seampli. By downloading, installing, or using RepsDaily, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. This Policy is specific to RepsDaily; for the seampli.app website, please see the Website Privacy Policy.

At a Glance

RepsDaily does not require an account and does not store your push-up data on our servers. Your counts, goals, and streaks live on your device. We use Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand anonymous usage patterns and diagnose crashes. We do not sell your personal information.

Scope of This Policy

This Policy applies to information collected through the RepsDaily mobile application. It does not apply to the seampli.app website (covered separately by the Website Privacy Policy) or to any other Seampli app (each of which has its own privacy policy).

Information We Collect

RepsDaily collects limited information to operate the App and measure performance.

a. Information You Provide
RepsDaily does not require account registration. If you choose to contact us by email at support@seampli.app, we receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address, device type, and the contents of your message).

b. Automatically Collected Data
When you use RepsDaily, the following information is automatically collected through our analytics and crash-reporting tools:

We do not collect government identification numbers, financial account numbers, biometric data, or protected health information through RepsDaily.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your RepsDaily activity — including push-up counts, daily totals, goals, streaks, preferences, and local history — is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to Seampli servers. If you uninstall RepsDaily, data stored on your device is removed. We do not currently operate any Firebase Realtime Database, Firestore, or similar cloud datastore for RepsDaily user activity. If this changes in a future version, this Policy will be updated to reflect any cloud storage, and we will provide appropriate notice.

How We Use Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your data to serve advertising in RepsDaily (RepsDaily does not currently display ads).

Device Permissions

RepsDaily may request the following permissions from your device. All permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time in your device's system settings.

RepsDaily does not request access to your camera, microphone, photos, contacts, health data, location, or calendar.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS)

On iOS devices, RepsDaily complies with Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. Where applicable, you will be asked for permission before your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed for purposes considered "tracking" under Apple's definition. If you decline, RepsDaily's core functionality is unaffected. You can review or change your tracking preferences at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

In-App Purchases (Future Use)

RepsDaily does not currently offer in-app purchases. If and when such purchases become available, they will be processed by Apple through the App Store. Apple — not Seampli — receives and processes your payment information. Seampli does not store or have access to your credit card number, Apple ID password, or similar payment credentials. We may receive anonymized or aggregated transaction reports from Apple for business-reporting purposes.

Future Social Features

Future versions of RepsDaily may include optional social or "challenge-a-friend" features. If such features are added, this Policy will be updated to describe what additional information is collected, how it is shared with other users, and what choices you have. Social features would be opt-in; you will not be required to use them.

Data Retention

After these periods, data may be deleted or anonymized.

Your Rights & Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction (including the EU, EEA, UK, California, and certain other U.S. states), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, to object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, or to file a complaint with a data-protection authority. Because we do not operate accounts or keep a per-user profile of RepsDaily activity on our servers, most requests will relate to analytics identifiers or support communications.

Data Storage & Transfers

Analytics and crash-reporting data processed through Firebase is hosted on Google Cloud infrastructure. Data may be processed in the United States or other regions where Google operates. Where required, we rely on appropriate legal safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border data transfers.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect the information we handle, including TLS encryption for data in transit to Firebase services, Apple's platform security for data stored on your device, and access controls on our internal systems. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

RepsDaily is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@seampli.app.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at seampli.app/repsdaily/privacy with an updated effective date. Material changes may be announced in the App or on the Website.
