These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Belio ("Belio," "the App"), a birthday reminder application developed by Seampli LLC ("Seampli," "we," "our," or "us"). Belio helps you track birthdays, view upcoming dates, use home screen widgets, receive reminders, import birthdays from Contacts, manually add birthdays, and use Belio Premium message-tone features.
By downloading, accessing, or using Belio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Belio is provided for personal birthday tracking, birthday reminders, birthday countdowns, widgets, contact import, optional profile pictures, and birthday message preparation. You agree to use Belio responsibly, lawfully, and in compliance with Apple App Store rules and applicable laws.
Belio may provide same-day birthday reminders, notifications, app badges, countdowns, and home screen widgets. These features depend on your device settings, notification permissions, iOS behavior, widget refresh timing, and app configuration.
Belio schedules birthday notifications for the birthday date, but cannot guarantee that every reminder, notification, badge, or widget update will appear at a specific time. You are responsible for checking important dates when timing matters.
You may import names, birthdays, phone numbers, and optional profile pictures from your iPhone Contacts, choose profile pictures manually through the iOS photo picker, or add birthdays manually. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you add or import and for having the right to use that information.
Belio does not edit, delete, or modify your original iPhone Contacts. Deleting or erasing entries inside Belio affects Belio only.
In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple's payment terms, refund rules, family sharing rules, and purchase policies apply. Seampli does not process payment card details directly.
Refund requests are handled by Apple. You can restore eligible purchases using the restore purchases option in Belio where available.
Belio's prefilled message features are designed to help you start a birthday message faster. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, approving, and sending any message. Belio does not send messages automatically.
Messages are opened through Messages or the relevant iOS communication flow, and you decide whether to send, edit, or discard the text.
Your use of Belio is also governed by the Belio Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how birthday entries, contact imports, phone numbers, profile pictures, reminders, widgets, and message features handle information.
Belio, including its name, design, interface, branding, icons, text, graphics, features, and software, is owned by Seampli or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from Belio except as permitted by law.

Belio is provided "as is" and "as available." Seampli does not guarantee that Belio will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders, notifications, widgets, or prefilled message features will always function exactly as expected.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seampli will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, missed reminders, missed birthdays, or messages you choose to send, edit, discard, or not send.
We may update Belio or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Belio after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You may stop using Belio at any time by deleting the app. We may restrict access to the app if we believe these Terms are violated or the app is being misused.
