These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RepsDaily ("RepsDaily," "the App"), a mobile application developed by Seampli LLC ("Seampli," "we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using RepsDaily, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the RepsDaily Privacy Policy. These Terms are specific to RepsDaily and apply in addition to the general Seampli website terms at seampli.app/terms; where conflicts exist, these RepsDaily-specific Terms govern for use of the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use RepsDaily.
Physical exercise carries real risk of injury. Push-ups and similar body-weight exercises may cause muscle strains, joint pain, tendon or ligament injuries, wrist and shoulder injuries, back pain, elevated heart rate, dizziness, lightheadedness, or other adverse events — and may worsen pre-existing medical conditions.
RepsDaily provides counters, goals, streaks, and reminders only. It does not prescribe workouts, evaluate your form, assess your fitness level, diagnose injuries, or provide individualized medical or training guidance. Before beginning any exercise routine, consult a licensed healthcare professional who is familiar with your personal medical history.
By logging a push-up, setting a goal, enabling notifications, using any feature of RepsDaily, or making any in-app purchase (if and when such purchases become available), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the disclaimers contained within them.
RepsDaily is intended for users aged 13 and older. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you represent that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed these Terms with you and agrees to them on your behalf. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use RepsDaily; if we become aware that we have collected information from a user under 13, we will take steps to delete it.
Regardless of age, exercise carries greater risk for some users than for others. Minors are especially encouraged to consult a parent, guardian, coach, or physician before beginning any new exercise routine.
RepsDaily does not provide medical, physical-therapy, rehabilitation, nutritional, or personalized fitness advice. Nothing presented in the App — including push-up counters, goals, streaks, milestone notifications, progress charts, reminders, icons, or any other content — is intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, a qualified personal trainer, or a supervised rehabilitation program.
Always seek the advice of a qualified physician, physical therapist, or certified fitness professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, injury, or exercise program. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read, saw, or did in RepsDaily.
RepsDaily is a general-purpose consumer wellness app. It is not a medical device and has not been evaluated, cleared, or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the European Medicines Agency (EMA), or any other regulatory authority. RepsDaily does not perform medical-grade measurements, does not monitor physiological signs, does not evaluate exercise form, and does not detect, diagnose, or alert you to medical emergencies or injuries.
Do not rely on RepsDaily for medical decisions, injury assessment, emergency response, or in place of medically-supervised care or professional physical training.
Beginning or intensifying an exercise program can be a significant change for your body. Before starting any routine that involves push-ups or any other physical activity tracked by RepsDaily, you agree to consult with a licensed healthcare provider who has access to your complete medical history. This is especially important if you are over 40 years old, have been sedentary, are recovering from an injury or surgery, are pregnant, have a chronic condition, take prescription medications, or have ever been advised to limit physical activity.
Do not use RepsDaily to guide an exercise routine — and consult a qualified healthcare provider before any use involving physical activity — if you are or may be in any of the following categories:

You expressly acknowledge and agree that any physical activity you undertake while using RepsDaily — including push-ups, body-weight exercises, or any other form of exercise prompted, counted, tracked, or encouraged by the App — is done at your own risk, by your own choice, and under your sole responsibility. You assume all risks of personal injury, illness, adverse health events, property damage, and any other consequences that may arise from such activity, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.
You are solely responsible for exercising within your physical capabilities, using proper form, warming up and cooling down appropriately, choosing a safe environment, and stopping immediately if you feel pain, injury, or distress.
If you experience any adverse symptoms during or after exercise — including but not limited to chest pain, shortness of breath, rapid or irregular heartbeat, dizziness, lightheadedness, fainting, nausea, sudden or severe joint or muscle pain, back pain, numbness, tingling, or any other symptom that concerns you — stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen. In the case of a medical emergency, call emergency services in your region (e.g., 911 in the United States). Do not delay seeking care because RepsDaily shows an unfinished goal, active streak, or incomplete workout; the App has no awareness of your physical condition and cannot determine whether it is safe for you to continue.
RepsDaily may display general information or suggestions about push-ups, exercise routines, goals, or motivational content. This information is provided as general consumer content, reflects widely discussed concepts in popular fitness culture, and may not be accurate, complete, or current for your individual situation. Scientific understanding of exercise and physical training continues to evolve, and individual responses vary significantly. Do not treat in-app content as definitive scientific fact, personalized coaching, or medical guidance. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
Subject to these Terms, Seampli grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RepsDaily for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. You agree not to:

RepsDaily is currently offered free of charge and does not include in-app purchases. We may, in the future, introduce optional paid features, one-time purchases, or subscriptions. If and when such options become available, they will be processed through Apple's App Store under Apple's standard terms, and additional details (such as pricing and renewal information) will be presented in the App prior to purchase. Seampli does not directly receive or store payment information. Except where required by law (including Apple's refund policy), purchases will be final and non-refundable.
With your permission, RepsDaily may send push notifications such as daily reminders, goal-progress alerts, streak notifications, milestone messages, and optional assessment prompts. These are provided as convenience features and are not reliable alerts. You should not rely on RepsDaily notifications for time-critical decisions, medication reminders, or any safety-related purpose. Notifications may be delivered late, out of order, or not at all, depending on system conditions. You may adjust or disable notifications at any time in your device settings.
RepsDaily is distributed through Apple's App Store and uses Apple-provided frameworks. The App also integrates third-party services such as Google Firebase (Analytics and Crashlytics) for usage analytics and crash reporting. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which are summarized in the RepsDaily Privacy Policy. Seampli is not responsible for the availability, security, content, or practices of Apple, Google, or any other third-party provider, nor for any downtime, outages, or changes those providers may introduce.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.
All content, software, design, trademarks, logos, graphics, and other materials in RepsDaily are the property of Seampli LLC or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any of these materials except as expressly permitted. "RepsDaily," "Seampli," and related marks are trademarks of Seampli LLC. Any personal data you enter into the App (such as your push-up counts or goals) remains yours.
RepsDaily is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seampli disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and availability. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components, nor that any information in the App is accurate, complete, or suitable for your individual health, fitness, or medical circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Seampli LLC, its officers, members, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use RepsDaily, or any physical activity, fitness decision, health outcome, or injury associated with such use, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Seampli has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall the total aggregate liability of Seampli arising from or related to RepsDaily exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid Seampli for RepsDaily in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in those jurisdictions, these limits apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
By using RepsDaily, you, on behalf of yourself and your heirs, representatives, and successors, release, waive, and forever discharge Seampli LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, and causes of action — whether known or unknown, suspected or unsuspected — arising out of or related to any physical activity, exercise, health event, injury, illness, or harm experienced in connection with your use of the App.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Seampli LLC, its members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use or misuse of RepsDaily; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law; (d) your infringement of any third party's rights; or (e) any injury, illness, or health consequence resulting from your exercise or health-related decisions made while using or after using the App.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to RepsDaily at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe is harmful to Seampli or other users. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, release of claims, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or RepsDaily shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may modify or update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted at seampli.app/repsdaily/terms with an updated effective date. Material changes may be communicated in the App or on the Website. Your continued use of RepsDaily after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Future Social Features
Future versions of RepsDaily may include optional social or "challenge-a-friend" features that allow you to share progress, compare counts, or compete with other users. If such features become available, they will be optional and opt-in. Additional terms specific to social features (including content rules, reporting mechanisms, and rules against harassment or impersonation) may apply and will be presented to you in-app when the features become available. You will not be required to use social features in order to use the core tracking functionality of the App.
